Tracey Follows is a futurist, author and speaker whose work explores selfhood in the synthetic age: who we are and who we can become as we increasingly live, think, create, decide and act in relationship with machines.

We have always become ourselves through relationships: with families, communities, cultures and institutions. Now machines are becoming part of those relationships too.

Tracey's work helps people and organisations understand how this changing human-machine relationship is reshaping identity, judgement and agency, so they can make more deliberate choices about the role machines play in who we become.

You can read The Future of You: Can Your Identity Survive 21st Century Technology? the original book. And The Future of You Five Years On: From Machine-Readable to Me:chine
