A practical group exercise to explore how one major shift could affect markets, customers, teams, operating models and leadership.
1:00 — Lunch / break
1:30 — Challenging hidden assumptions
A structured exercise to identify where current thinking may be overconfident, outdated or underprepared.
2:15 — Rehearsing plausible futures
A scenario-based session to make uncertainty more tangible and useful for leadership and strategy.

Tracey Follows is a globally recognised futurist, strategist, author and speaker. She is founder and CEO of Futuremade, author of The Future of You, a guest lecturer at London Business School, and ranked among the world’s Top 30 futurists.

No. The session is practical and designed for leaders, not foresight specialists.
