Futures Summer School

Futures and Foresight for Modern Leadership

Most leaders are planning from yesterday’s logic.

AI, automation, climate pressure, demographic change, geopolitical disruption and shifting customer expectations are already changing how organisations make decisions, create value and stay relevant.

The future is not something to predict with certainty. It is something to use: to read change earlier, challenge assumptions, rehearse possibilities and make better decisions before pressure arrives.

This practical one-day course is for leaders, teams and decision-makers who want to think more clearly about change and lead with greater confidence in an AI-shaped world.

11:00am–4:00pm | Engage Works, Greenwich Design District | August 2026

Why This Course?

Many organisations are still working from inherited assumptions about growth, work, customers, technology, and control. But the world those assumotions were built for is changing. In one practical day, you will learn how to use futures and foresight to widen your perspective, test your thinking and turn uncertainty into better strategic conversations and decisions.

This is not a trends presentation. It is a working session for people who need to make clearer decisions in a less predictable world.

Who Is This For?

This course is designed for senior leaders and rising decision-makers across business, strategy, marketing, innovation, technology, communications, transformation and growth.

It is especially relevant for:

Managing Directors
C-suite leaders
Heads of department
Strategy, innovation and transformation leads
Marketing, brand and communications leaders
New business and growth leads
PR, advertising and creative agency leaders
Technology and digital leads
People, culture and talent leaders
Founders and senior operators

No prior experience of futures or foresight is required.

What You’ll Work On

Lead With Foresight

Challenge Your Assumptions

Most organisations are still planning from yesterday’s logic. This session helps you identify where current thinking may be outdated, overconfident or too narrow for what comes next.
